The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

I brought this mirror to hang in my bathroom. I needed a big mirror and did I get one. Don't be fooled as I was about the size of this mirror. It is a beautiful mirror no doubt, but it is absolutely HUGE. It is described as 45x55", but the frame is HUGE, HUGE. It is at least 5-6" wide and at least 4-5" or more in depth. The description says it weighs 65 lbs., but it actually weighs about 90 lbs. My husband and I had a hard time just getting it in the house. We drug it in on a blanket, and no way could we hold it up and see how it will look hanging in my bathroom. To hang it is going to be difficult at best. My husband is a great handyman, and he says the wall is going to have to be braced or something to hold the weight. However, if you need a HUGE, HUGE pretty mirror, this one is for you. The frame is lovely gold and bronze. Would I order it again? I would not if I had realized how big it was. THIS MIRROR IS HUGE.
