After two generations of furniture manufacturing, Bob and Belle Cooper founded The Uttermost Company in 1975, and it is still 100% owned by the Cooper family. Bob and Belle continue to be involved in the business, but are not active in day-to-day activities. Mac Cooper, President/CEO, Taz Cooper, Exec VP/Sales Manager, and a strong management team operate the business today.
Uttermost has enjoyed steady growth for the past 31 years, and now has approximately 290 employees working in its Rocky Mount, Virginia factories totaling 600,000 square feet. Uttermost also has a factory in China which covers an entire city block. In May ’06, Uttermost will be fully operational out of its state-of-the-art West Coast distribution center. This West Coast facility has been added to increase distribution capacity, provide faster shipping to West Coast Retailers, and reduce freight costs to these Retailers.

This was the last piece I got to finish off a guest bedroom. It looks so good without having to spend alot of money. It is a nice heavy mirror.

Delivery was very prompt. There was a slight scuff on the frame. I think it was probably there before packing.

Chose to upgrade main bath by substituting a wood frame, beveled mirror for a wall of glass pane which covered the entire back wall of the sink area. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. Construction, style and overall appearance is just the "lift" the bathroom needed.

This mirror was a great purchase! I'm a designer and used this for a residential project. My client loved it! This was the first time I ordered from this company so there is always a bit of apprehension about quality when the prices are so low but it was a great experience all the way around. I now have them in my resource files and will definately use them again.
