This is a very sturdy and attractive mirror. I like the outlet in the back of the base. However, the actual mirror, especially the magnified side, is far too small for makeup application as you can only see part of your face.

I love this mirror. I can see my eyebrows without my reading glasses on! It has a clear sharp image on the magnification. It is a beautiful mirrow. I don't know how I ever lived without it before. Very nice product. :-)
